1、商标注销基本介绍：
商标注销分两种情形，一种是注册人本人提出的注销申请，另一种是他人针对注册人死亡/终止情形提出的注销申请。前者是注册人针对自己的商标权进行处分的做法，后者是第三方认为该商标的所有人已经死亡或终止，依法提出的法律手续，这种程序往往用于清除在先商标障碍。
商标注销的工作主要按如下流程进行：（1）主动注销的，需要确定注销商标信息，被动注销的，需要确定及向主管机关开具有关注销证明原件；（2）签署代理委托合同及相关文件；（4）我司向商标局进行递交；（5）由商标局按相关规定进行一系列的审查，直至审查结果下发。
2、办理所需材料：
商标注销分为主动注销和被动注销，需要提供的材料有：（1）主动注销的，注册人应交回《商标注册证》原件；（2）被动注销的，申请人应提供注册人死亡/终止的证明原件。
3、办理所需时间：
顺利情况下，商标续展的完成时间大约在1-2个月，如果办理提交的材料有缺陷或缺少必要的证明材料，则会导致审查时间变长。
4、办理注意事项：
（1）商标注册人主动注销的，应交回《商标注册证》原件。
（2）商标注册人主动注销的，可以选择注销部分商品。

（3）第三方提出注册人死亡/终止的，应提供证明原件。
