深圳公司的法人变更（详询在线客服）

1、公司法定代表人签署的《公司变更登记申请书》（公司加盖公章）；
2、公司签署的《公司股东（发起人）出资情况表》（公司加盖公章）；
3、公司签署的《指定代表或者共同委托代理人的证明》（公司加盖公章）及指定代表或委托代理人的身份证复印件（本人签字）；应标明具体委托事项、被委托人的权限、委托期限。
4、有限责任公司提交股东会决议，股份有限公司提交股东大会会议记录，内容应当包括：增加/减少注册资本的数额、各股东具体承担的增加/减少注册资本的数额、各股东的出资方式、出资日期；有限责任公司由代表三分之二以上表决权的股东签署（股东为自然人的由本人签字；自然人以外的股东加盖公章）；股份有限公司股东大会会议记录由代表三分之二以上表决权的发起人加盖公章或会议主持人及出席会议的董事签字；
一人有限责任公司应提交股东的书面决定，内容应当包括：增加/减少注册资本的数额和出资方式、出资日期（股东为自然人的由本人签字，法人股东加盖公章）。
国有独资公司提交国有资产监督管理机构的批准文件，内容应当包括：增加/减少注册资本的数额和出资方式、出资日期。
5、公司章程修正案（公司法定代表人签署）；
6、依法设立的验资机构出具的验资证明；
7、股份有限公司以募集方式增加注册资本的还应提交国务院证券监督管理机构的核准文件；
8、法律、行政法规和国务院决定规定变更注册资本必须报经批准的，提交有关的批准文件或者许可证书复印件；
9、公司减少注册资本的，提交刊登减资公告的报纸报样；
10、公司营业执照副本。
注：依照《公司法》、《公司登记管理条例》设立的公司申请注册资本变更登记适用本规范。
《公司变更登记申请书》、《公司股东（发起人）出资情况表》、《指定代表或者共同委托代理人的证明》可以通过国家工商行政管理总局《中国企业登记网》下载或者到各工商行政管理机关领取。
以上各项未注明提交复印件的，应当提交原件。
提交复印件的，应当注明“与原件一致”并由公司加盖公章。
