印尼政府进一步放宽重点产业投资免税优惠点击在线咨询

       为进一步促进本国重点工业和战略性产业发展，印度尼西亚财政部日前正式颁布了关于重点产业免税优惠条例，在2011年第130号财长条例5大类产业免税优惠基础上，增加了4大类免税优惠产业。9大类重点产业分别为上游金属业、石油提炼业、油气有机基础化学业、机床生产业、农林渔加工业、电信业、海运业、经济特区内重点加工业，以及除公私合营方式以外的公路、铁路和电站基础设施建设行业。此外，印度尼西亚政府还放宽了免税优惠期，从过去5-10年延长至10-15年，造船业作为特别重点支持行业，免税优惠期为20年。上述可提出免税优惠的申请者为2011年8月15日之后批准成立的企业，其中企业所得税免税幅度为10-100%。
