（三）与深圳工商局核准或者登记注册的企业名称中字号不相同。

问：无地址、资金注册公司合法吗？
答：1、根据深圳经济特区商事登记若干规定登记制度，所有类型公司均可以把法定注册地址挂靠，无需办公场所即可登记注册。
        2、根据深圳市市场监督管理局关于鼓励社会投资促进经济发展方式转变的若干实施意见的第一条、第十六条、第十八条注册资本采用认缴制，即注册资本可以认缴，无需在注册登记时缴付！
        所以100%合法！

问：深圳一般纳税人申请条件是什么？
