支持国家打击跨境资金非法转移的犯罪活动 ——离岸公司合理合法经营才是正道点击在线咨询

       近日，为深入推进反腐败国际追逃追赃工作，中国人民银行、公安部、最高法、最高检、国家外汇管理局开展打击利用离岸公司和地下钱庄转移赃款专项行动。此次专项行动是中央反腐败协调小组“天网”行动的重要组成部分，打击重点是利用离岸公司账户、非居民账户和地下钱庄协助转移贪污贿赂等犯罪赃款的犯罪活动，协助他人非法从事跨境汇兑、买卖外汇、资金支付结算业务等地下钱庄违法犯罪活动。

       由于离岸中心针对离岸公司培育出十分宽松的经济和法律环境，多数国际大银行都对离岸公司持认可态度，为离岸公司的财务运作提供了便利，离岸公司的工商资料一般也不对外公开，因此有不法分子通过注册离岸公司进行非法跨境资产转移，这使得离岸公司备受争议。

       信德國際认为，离岸公司是企业经营发展的合法合理化手段，是经济全球化中企业实体扩张和公司集团跨国发展当中的重要价值。离岸公司不应成为非法资金转移至境外的跳板。

       信德國際坚决维护和支持国家政策，支持国家打击跨境资金违规流动，反对利用离岸公司为违法所得洗白、避税、逃避监管的行为，拒绝协助不法人员通过离岸公司账户进行虚假贸易与灰色的资金操作等行为。
