渣打银行开户情况：
　 香港渣打银行 国内渣打银行
办理开户手续 董事亲临银行签名，带齐绿盒资料及股东身份证、通行证(或护照)，董事住址证明. 允许网络银行操作。网上转帐需申请贸易盈商户口，费用200-300/月。 目前暂停设立离岸帐户，但可以办理见证签署，设立香港渣打银行本地帐户。
开户时间 10-15工作天 两星期左右
扣管理费
香港公司： 普通账户每日平均结余50,000 或以上免管理费，低于50,000 管理费为200/月；
海外公司：每日平均结余200,000或以上免管理费，低于200,000 管理费为500/月
如帐户日均余额不到5000美金，需要交纳USD50元/月的帐户管理费用。
提现  可提现 提款现金港币按1.5‰收手续费;提款美金3‰
电汇费用 汇入不收费，汇出按汇款金额1.25‰(美金25-125)+邮电费。 汇入不收费用，汇出按汇款金额1.25‰电汇+USD25电报。
　 贸易盈商户口：汇入约HKD50/次；汇出HKD100/次。
银行托收费用 1、邮费25美金/笔；2、电报费25美金/笔（按是否发生收费）；3、按托收金额1.25‰ 1、邮费25美金/笔；2、电报费25美金/笔（按是否发生收费）；3、按托收金额1.25‰，无兑换手续1.25‰。
支票 可以开立支票帐户，但支票目前只可以在深圳使用。
信用证 可以操作信用证，接收信用证没有限制0，但开出信用证需要帐户里面有相等的资金，也可以转让信用证。
BVI公司开户 BVI公司提供营运证明，成立BVI公司资料，INCUMBENCY，会计师CPA证明，开户费用HKD1500元 可以开，需要提供BVI代理出具的INCUMBENCY。
美国公司开户 提供营运证明，会计师CPA证明，成立公司资料 查得到公司资料才可开
英国公司开户 提供营运证明，会计师CPA证明，成立公司资料 查得到公司资料才可开
