1、撤销成为通用名称的基本介绍
撤销成为通用名称是指注册商标成为核定使用商品/服务的通用名称的，任何人可以向商标局提出撤销该注册商标的申请。
2、办理所需材料
主要申请材料包括：撤销成为商品/服务通用名称注册商标申请书、申请人身份证明文件、商标代理委托书
3、办理所需时间
商 标局收到撤销申请后，经审查符合受理条件的，将向申请人发出撤销申请受理通知书，并向商标注册人发出撤销答辩通知书。商标局收到商标注册人提供的答辩材料 后，将对答辩材料进行审查，作出是否予以撤销该注册商标的决定，并向注册人和申请人发出是否予以撤销注册商标的决定书。
4、注意事项
（1）申请人应按照要求填写申请书式，不得随意修改。
（2）申请人名称、章戳应当与其身份证明文件中的名称一致。申请人地址应冠以省、市、县等行政区划名称。

（3）当事人对商标局作出的决定不服的，可以在收到撤销决定之日起15天内向商标评审委员会申请复审。
