简要说明：
1、将注册商标转让给他人的，应当到商标局办理注册商标的转让手续。
2、因企业合并、兼并或改制而发生商标专用权移转的，应当到商标局办理注册商标的移转手续。
3、依法院判决发生商标专用权移转的，也应当办理移转手续。
办理商标转让或移转应当填写《转让申请/注册商标申请书》。
已经申请但尚未获准注册的商标，也可以申请转让或移转。
 
办理途径：
申请转让注册商标有两条途径
(一)委托在商标局备案的商标代理机构办理。
(二)申请人直接到商标局的商标注册大厅办理。
 
转让的书件格式：
转让的书件格式只有一种，即《转让申请/注册商标申请书》。
 
办理申请的三个步骤：
1、应提交的申请书件为
a、《转让申请/注册商标申请书》
b、转让人和受让人的经盖章或者签字确认的主体资格证明文件复印件
c、委托代理的提交受让人出具的《代理委托书》，直接在商标注册大厅办理的提交受让方经办人的身份证原件和复印件(原件经比对后退还)
d、申请移转的，还应当提交有关证明文件
e、申请文件为外文的，还应提供经申请人或代理组织签章确认的中文译本
2、提交申请书件
a、直接办理的，申请人在商标注册大厅的受理窗口提交申请。
b、委托商标代理机构办理的，由该商标代理机构将申请书件送达商标局。
3、缴纳转让规费
a、每件转让申请需缴纳转让规费800元。
b、如果是委托商标代理机构办理的，商标局从该商标代理机构的预付款中扣除规费。

商标转让时间：
1）提交商标转让申请：1-3个工作日 （* 含材料采集、编制及报送文件）
2）领取商标转让申请受理通知书：约1个月
3）完成商标转让：3-8个月  （* 完成后即可领取《核准商标转让证明》
