1、商标专用权质权的基本介绍
商标专用权质权是指自然人、法人或者其他组织以其注册商标专用权出质的，出质人与质权人应当订立书面合同，并共同向商标局办理质权登记。
2、办理所需材料
商标专用权质权登记申请书》、主体资格证明或自然人身份证复印件、主合同和注册商标专用权质权合同原件或经公证的复印件、商标代理委托书、出质注册商标的注册证复印件、出质商标专用权的价值评估报告、
3、办理所需时间
材料均符合要求的情况下，商标局自登记之日起5个工作日内向双方当事人发放《商标专用权质权登记证》。 
4、办理注意事项
（1）、申请人填写的地址、邮政编码和电话号码应详细准确，以保证邮件送达和便于联系。
（2）、出质人名称与商标局档案所记载的名称必须一致，如不一致，需提供注册商标权利人的相关证据予以证明。

（3）、合同的签订违反法律法规强制性规定的或者商标专用权存在权利瑕疵的，商标局不予登记。
