二、维权途径
1、协商和解
权利人发现侵权行为后，与侵权者协商解决，要求停止侵权行为或提出民事赔偿。协商和解是一种快速解决纠纷的办法。
2、行政查处
权利人发现商标、专利、版权侵权行为后，向相关政府部门提出申诉，由该部门依法查处。行政查处具有立案简单、成本低等优点，但不具司法裁判权。
3、司法保护
权利人发现侵权行为后，向有管辖权的法院提起民事诉讼，要求赔偿。司法裁决程序较复杂，更适合商业秘密、专有技术等复杂的知识产权侵权问题。

三、维权特点
1、知识产权打假具有专业性强、复杂程度高的特点，维权过程可能涉及法律问题，一般需要委托专业机构办理。
2、不同的维权途径各有优缺点，权利人可同时使用，以达到最佳的维权效果。
