专利申请文件格式要求

一、国内专利

【全部提供电子文件】

1、国内外观设计

（1）提案单（包含了外观简要说明）

（2）产品正六面图和立体图

（图片格式：照片（png/jpg/tif）、黑白线条图（dwg/jpg/pdf均可）、三维效果图(stp/step格式)）

2、国内实用新型和发明专利

（1）提案单

（2）技术交底书（指标型实用新型和发明专利不需提供）

（附上dwg格式的CAD图形文件或者stp/step格式三维结构图文件）

3、国内外观设计、实用新型和发明专利三者通用文件

（1）委托书（由申请人签字或盖章，彩色扫描件）

（2）申请人资格证明文件——营业执照/身份证复印件（扫描件）

（3）第一发明人身份证复印件（扫描件）

二、海外专利

【全部提供电子文件】

1、PCT申请——国际阶段

（如果是与国内专利作为套件一同申请，则无需另外提供以下文件）

（1）提案单

（申请人、发明人信息中英文，申请人和发明人地址可填写一样的）

（2）技术交底书

（该专利技术涉及到附图的，须附上dwg格式的CAD图形文件或者stp/step格式三维结构图文件，技术交底不涉及附图的，可不提供CAD图）

2、PCT国家阶段——即通过PCT途径申请海外专利

（1）提案单（申请人、发明人信息中英文）

（2）PCT国际阶段送件版文件；

（3）PCT各阶段官文（国际申请号和申请日通知书、收到检索本通知书、国际检索报告、国际检索单位书面意见、传送国际检索报告和国际检索单位书面意见或宣布的通知）；

3、PCT申请——国际阶段、国家阶段二者通用文件

（1）中英文委托书（由申请人签字或盖章，彩色扫描件）

（2）申请人资格证明文件——营业执照/身份证复印件（扫描件）

（3）发明人身份证复印件（扫描件）

4、海外外观专利

（1）提案单（申请人、发明人信息中英文；包含了外观简要说明）

（2）产品正六面图和立体图

（图片格式：照片.jpg/png/tif、黑白线条图（dwg/jpg/pdf均可）、三维效果图(stp/step格式)）

（3）委托书（由申请人签字或盖章，彩色扫描件）

（4）申请人资格证明文件——营业执照/身份证复印件（扫描件）

（6）其他按照各国要求需提供的文件；

三、申请人申请当年度的费减备案所需提供的费减文件

【全部提供纸件原件】

1、申请人是企业法人/社会团体

（1）上一年度纳税申报表盖章；（应纳税所得额不超过30万，红章原件）

（2）营业执照复印件盖章；（红章原件）

备注：当年度成立的企业，进行当年度费减资格备案，仅需提供营业执照复印件盖章即可；

2、申请人是自然人

（1）个人收入证明盖公章（年收入不超过4.2万），红章原件；

（2）身份证复印件签字；
